Should I use Primer T full-strength?

When using MAPEI's Primer T over plywood, cement board, smooth concrete, or existing flooring such as ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural stone or VCT, apply Primer T full-strength (do not add any water). Primer T should also be used full-strength between multiple layers of MAPEI's Self-Leveler Plus underlayment.

When should I dilute Primer T?

When using Primer T over porous substrates such as wall patching compound, drywall, existing gypsum-based underlayments and rough concrete, dilute Primer T with water. When diluting MAPEI's Primer T with water, mix 2 parts cool water to 1 part Primer T.
