Ultrabond ECO 995

Premium Moisture-Control, Sound-Reduction and Wood-Flooring Adhesive

Ultrabond ECO 995 is MAPEI’s premium, 100%-solids, one-component, moisture-curing urethane adhesive for all types of wood flooring and bamboo. Ultrabond ECO 995 can be used in a single-coat application method that provides a superior bond with moisture vapor emission control on concrete slabs. Ultrabond ECO 995 also provides sound-reduction properties, making it suitable for use in multi-unit housing projects.

Keracolor S Sanded Grout is a premium-grade, pre-blended, polymer-modified sanded Portland-cement tile grout that requires only the addition of water for mixing. It will grout joints from 1/8" to 5/8" (3 to 16 mm).

Kerapoxy CQ

Premium, Epoxy Grout and Mortar with Color-Coated Quartz

Kerapoxy CQ is a two-component, 100%-solids, epoxy grout and mortar that is nonsagging/nonslumping in joints up to 3/8" (10 mm) in width, water-cleanable and easy to apply. Kerapoxy CQ uses a proprietary aggregate to achieve its durable color, making it excellent for countertops, high-traffic areas, and areas needing stain and chemical resistance. Easy to maintain, Kerapoxy CQ will clean to the original color and contains BioBlock technology to help protect against mold and mildew. Kerapoxy CQ does not contribute to efflorescence and has excellent resistance to chemicals, staining, alkalinity, chlorine, cracking and color deterioration.

High-Performance, Rapid-Setting Grout with Maximized Color Depth and Color Consistency

Ultracolor Plus Max is an ultra premium, fast-setting, polymer-modified, nonshrinking grout that offers rich and vibrant colors with maximized color depth and color consistency. This fine-aggregate grout can be used for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 mm to 19 mm). Ultracolor Plus Max includes DropEffect technology for reduced surface absorption, helping to repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating grout joints. It is also specially formulated with MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT) to provide advantages over traditional grout, such as eliminating efflorescence and increasing stain resistance.

Ultraplan 1 Plus

High-Performance, Quick-Setting, Self-Leveling Underlayment

Ultraplan 1 Plus is a quick-setting, self-leveling, self-drying underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors. Ultraplan 1 Plus has high strength and is abrasion-resistant, able to withstand light foot traffic after 2 to 3 hours and vehicular rubber-wheel traffic after 3 days.

4 to 1 is a preblended mixture of finely graded sand and Portland cement used for thick-bed mortar installations. 4 to 1 flattens and levels an existing substrate before the installation of tile and stone.

Planipatch is an ultra fast-drying, self-curing, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound that rapidly develops high compressive strength. When Planipatch is mixed with Planipatch Plus, the Planipatch Plus System can be used as an embossing leveler or as a patch to fill voids over properly prepared vinyl sheet goods, vinyl composition tile (VCT) and cement terrazzo before the direct glue-down installation of floor coverings.

Planiprep SC is a high-performance, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced cement-based skimcoating and patching compound. Use Planiprep SC to skimcoat and smooth minor surface variations and defects on common substrates. Planiprep SC creates a strong, durable surface ready for almost any floor application. Its unique formulation mixes easily with water and produces an easy-to-apply patching compound. Rapid-setting Planiprep SC allows for fast-track flooring installations in 30 to 60 minutes after application, depending on thickness and environmental conditions.

ECO Prim Grip

Multipurpose, Bond-Promoting Primer

ECO Prim Grip is a ready-to-use, low-VOC, synthetic resin-based primer with bond-promoting silica aggregates suspended in dispersion. It enhances the performance and adhesion of mortars to existing ceramics and difficult-to-bond-to substrates. Plus, it improves bonding of self-leveling underlayments (SLUs) and bonds of render coats over cementitious substrates. Suitable for a wide variety of substrates, ECO Prim Grip combines excellent versatility with an easy, low-odor application.

Mapeguard 2

3-in-1 Membrane for Crack Isolation, Waterproofing and Sound Reduction

Mapeguard 2 is a next-generation, flexible, thin, 40-mil (1-mm) lightweight, load-bearing, fabric-reinforced “peel-and-stick” crack-isolation, waterproofing and vapor-control membrane. Mapeguard 2 helps to prevent existing or future in-plane floor cracks (with movement up to 3/8" [10 mm] wide) from transmitting through grout, ceramic tile and natural stone. It also reduces the transmission of impact sound (footsteps, dropped objects, etc.) and airborne sound (voice, TV, etc.) through floors when installed under ceramic tile, stone or wood floor coverings.

Type 1

Premium Tile Adhesive

Type 1 is a premium-grade, traditional, nonflammable, acrylic adhesive for setting glazed and unglazed ceramic and porcelain tiles on walls, floors and countertops. This adhesive is used for interior applications only.

Hybrid-Polymer-Based Adhesive for Gauged Porcelain Tile

Ultrabond ECO GPT is a single-component, nonsag, easy-to-trowel, hybrid-polymer-based adhesive technology specially designed for the installation of gauged porcelain tile and gauged porcelain tile panels/slabs on interior/exterior vertical surfaces and countertops. Unique technology advancements are incorporated in the formulation of Ultrabond ECO GPT for delivering instant grab, while allowing for the needed adjustability of panels and large-format tile. Superior bonding performance is complemented with flexibility, deformability and quick-curing characteristics to meet the demands of installing gauged porcelain tile, panels and slabs with application-friendly properties.

Ultraflex 1

Standard Tile Mortar with Polymer

Ultraflex 1 is a standard-grade, single-component, polymer-modified thin-set mortar for most interior and exterior installations of tile. This mortar has an above average content of unique dry polymer, resulting in good adhesion to the substrate and tile. Ultraflex 1 can be used for both interior and exterior installations of tile in most residential floor and wall applications. In commercial applications, use on interior floor and wall installations and exterior floors.  Ultraflex 1 meets or exceeds ANSI A118.4 and ANSI A118.11 requirements when mixed with water.

Ultraflex LFT Rapid is a premium, rapid-setting, nonsag, large-and-heavy-tile mortar (formerly known as “medium-bed mortar”) and thin-set mortar for large and heavy tile and stone for interior/exterior floor, wall and countertop installations. This mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile. Thanks to MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT), Ultraflex LFT Rapid offers superior drying-out characteristics for quick curing and does not contribute to efflorescence. Ultraflex LFT Rapid is FastTrack Ready, allowing grouting in 3 to 4 hours.

Standard, Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer

Ultraflex LHT SG is a standard-grade, nonsag, nonslump, polymer-modified, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for interior/exterior installations on floors, walls and countertops. It is used to install large-format and heavy tile/stone, including porcelain tile, heavy-ribbed-back tile, brick pavers, dimensional tile and natural-stone tile. Ultraflex LHT SG is designed for use at 3/32" to 1/2" (2.5 to 12 mm) thickness to give better support under large-format tile. This mortar is formulated with Easy Glide Technology for ease of application and good adhesion to the substrate and tile.
